  • If you’d like to work with us, please click here. Taryn will reach out to you with additional questions or a calendar link to schedule your free consultation. During the consultation, you’ll tell Taryn all about your book and ask any questions you have. Taryn will explain our services and process and make sure we’re a good fit for what you need. You’ll be given a tentative project date that works for your timeline. After the call, you’ll receive a proposal with a quote for your book. If you’d like to move forward, you’ll submit the proposal. Taryn will send you a contract and invoice based on the requested services in your proposal. You’ll e-sign the contract and pay your $1000 USD retainer. Our project manager, MaryBeth, will be in touch regarding your next steps!

  • We don’t make you wait years to publish your book! It might take up to 4 months to get on our calendar, but once we’re rolling, we take your book from an edited manuscript to a published book in just 3 weeks!

  • We try to keep things simple around here. Our base price includes your cover design, interior formatting, marketing essentials, and support for $2,900. If your book is longer than 20k words or if you’d like to add options like an ebook and/or a jacketed hardcover, then there are add-on fees. When you meet with Taryn for a consultation, she’ll be able to tell you exactly how much it will cost for your book length and needs.

  • We offer split payments only. After you meet with Taryn for a consultation, you’ll be required to pay a $1000 USD retainer if you’d like to secure a spot on our calendar. The remainder of your fee is due on the final day of your project.

  • No, but you are! Our services support self-publishing authors. You pay us for our services, but you remain the author and publisher of your own book.

  • We help authors self-publish non-fiction, fiction, and memoir. For fiction books, it depends on the genre as cover styles between genres can vary greatly. You can take a look at our portfolio to see if our previous work aligns with what you need for your cover design and send us a message. We’ll be able to ask some follow-up questions to determine if our expertise aligns with what you need. Additionally, if you’re a Christian author, you’ll see from our portfolio that we have extensive experience with Bible studies and devotionals.

  • We do have experience publishing picture books, but it’s not our specific area of expertise or interest. If you’re looking for support in publishing a picture book, please send us a message. We’ll be able to assess whether or not we’re the right support for you and your book.

  • No, we don’t. We want you to remain in complete ownership and control of your book, so authors are responsible for acquiring their own ISBNs. Acquiring an ISBN depends on your country, so please do your research or reach out to us if you’re unsure.
